SUBJECT: RPG Announes Dominican Republic Service Facility
Resource Power Group (“RPG”) has established a service center just east of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. The facility once completely outfitted will be capable of servicing engines, turbochargers, governors, and control systems for medium speed engines.

SUBJECT: RPG ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF NEW SALES AND SERVICE BRANCH IN MEXICO
Resource Power Group (“RPG”) has established a service outlet in Ciudad del Carmen, Mexico for the support of medium engines in the power, marine, offshore, and industrial markets. The facility will specifically focus on EMD and MaK engines, Napier Turbochargers, Heinzmann and Regulateurs Europa governors and control systems, Noris Controls, and various other engines and control systems as the market may demand. Once the facility is in full operation, the it will house field and shop experts capable of the most sophisticated engine overhauls and repairs.

SUBJECT: New Employee Announcements
GABE GUZMAN. Effective January 4, Gabe Guzman is appointed to the EMD Product Support Manager position in Houston. Gabe is responsible for sales support of EMD engine, parts, and service sales with a particular focus on Mexico. His previous position was EMD Account Sales Manager with Stewart Stevenson LLC. He was there for 35 years. Gabe is married and has two children. In this position, Gabe reports to Dan Kabel.
PAUL HOPPER. Effective February 29, Paul Hopper is appointed as Service Engineer in Houston. Paul’s previous position was Service Engineer with MaK factory based in Miami. He supported the MaK power plants in the Caribbean, South, and Central America. In this position Paul reports to Klavs Pedersen.
LUZ ESTELA MADRIGAL. Effective February 29, Luz Madrigal is appointed as Service Administrator in Miami. Luz’s previous position was Accounting Associate with Tiger Direct based in Miami, FL. Luz is a graduate in Public Accountancy from the University EAFIT in Medellin, Colombia. Luz has 20 years of experience in the Finance Area. She is married and her spare time is dedicated to her family and volunteer work. In this position, Luz reports to Chandler Cleveland.
JUAN CARLOS RAMBLAS. Effective January 4, Juan Carlos Ramblas is appointed to the Controls & Automation Engineer position in Houston. In this capacity Juan Carlos overhauls governors, installs electrical and electronic monitoring systems and control systems, and commissions and troubleshoots electrical systems. Juan Carlos’ previous position was Systems & Controls Consultant with Lloyd’s Register Drilling Integrity Services based in Houston TX. He is a graduate of Ceneval – Mexico. He is married and has two children. In this position, Juan Carlos reports to Klavs Pedersen.
IGNACIO TEJEDOR. Effective February 8, Ignacio Tejedor is appointed to the Sales Manager, Energy Projects position in Houston. Ignacio is responsible for the sales of new engines in power-generation applications in the Caribbean and Central America. Ignacio’s previous position was International Business Development Manager with Mitsubishi Corporation based in Madrid, Spain. He was responsible for developing new business opportunities in power plants in Latin America. He is an MBA graduate of IE Business School in Madrid. Ignacio is married and has a beautiful one year-old daughter. In this position, Ignacio reports to Dan Kabel.

SUBJECT: RPG signs agreement with Noris Group GmbH
Recently, Resource Power Group signed an agreement with Noris Group GmbH to represent their automation devices as well as their systems product lines throughout the southern half of the United States.
This agreement went into effect July 24, 2015 and the partnership now enables RPG to expand and enhance its product portfolio in the field of marine engines and mobile power plants. It will add to the already extensive products and services RPG provides to better serve their customers needs.
With numerous innovations, the Noris Group GmbH has established itself as a major player in the shipbuilding industry and transportation technology on the German and international markets. In real terms, this means significantly more than 5000 automation systems and more than 3000 engine safety systems and local operating panels. In addition, the delivery of more than 30.000 sensors per year. Effectively, since 1925 there are only a few ships that are not equipped with NORIS products.
